Movie, Shopping, Yum-char-ing..

CONGRATS to darling upon finishing his FINAL FINAL last friday...
and welcome to unemployment world..

right after his final...we went to pavilion...
haha....needs to celebrate the independence day....

before we went for movie...
we went for shopping first...ME went for shopping first...haha...
i need to re-stock my skincare thingy..
so half a-k gone...sigh....but then....i bought only because they have the gift with it..(travels size skincare which i bring when i'm going on a trip or even overnight at darling's house)..
imagine i spent rm500+ on 4 items but receive 5 pcs of skincare, 2 pcs of make-up and 1 bag...
cheaaaaap wat!!!
i even got rm80 voucher...instead of rm50...hehe...
and i bought a goggles using the voucher...and still have rm50 vouchers...
and one more thing..i even can apply the parkson elite card for spending rm500 above..haha...
and that day car park rates, we only paid rm2 instead of rm8...
cheaaaap wat!!!
all i paid myself........not a single cent from someone..although that someone said sponsor rm100...but dun wan...

anyway....i just wanna said that i really enjoy shopping in parkson pavilion compare to isetan...
really nice and they are darn friendly...and very-the-professional....
really...

we watched "the international"...
starring clive owen and naomi watts...
it was a very confusing plot (for me la..)
it was ok-ok la...
i thought that naomi watts characters not suitable for her because she was not aggressive enough to be a cop...that role need a much stronger woman...
and i was soooooo happy i finally catched the trailer of "angels and demons"
in my opinion..i think that angels and demons is soooo much better than da vinci code...i read those two books..and i can't stop reading angels and demons..it was that exciting..

oh...and last night...we went for yum-char...got me..chang&wk&hk&soonwai&soh&shivon...
all talking adult jokes..omg...
perverts!!!

i shall stop spending.......not!!!

it was last saturday i bought the purple dress you saw me (refer to previous post for the picture!!)

and today..it was supposed to be a normal outing with ang & wenyan..to help wenyan to get prepare for her cousin's wedding...she needs few items on that day..it was supposed to be only her spending...

and well..she does spend ALOT!!!
and i was one of the victim..
well..i only bought a pair of earring...
it was love at first sight...well...not really...i was thinking of this earring four years ago..

i have this cube-pendant necklace (can imagine??)
i said that it would be darn nice if in the cube itself contain a crystal (better still, a diamond!!) that can move freely in the cube...
while spending time looking for the last item on the list for wenyan..aka earring..
i saw this long dangling earring..ended with a cube and there was a crystal trapped in it...
i never thought that i can find such earring...

i dun wanna buy it since i bought the dorothy last saturday..
but there were these two person keep insisting...
since we were at Lot 10, i said that let's walk over pavilion and see whether parkson have the same thing or not..if yes, i'll buy..

so we walked over there...and we went to look for it...they dun have it...but that wenyan keep on asking the sales person and describing it to her..and the sales person looking for it and brought one that was gold in colour...wenyan ask whether they got it in silver or not..
sigh..they have it..
therefore...get it lor...
haha...
but it is really really nice...

use too much money already..
bought the dress...earring...

what a week...!!
well...i should say what a two weeks!!
been to genting, then uni, work, tuition...exams soon...needs to prepare my thesis which i'm lagging way behind..
sigh..

like previous post..
congrats to mr. soh on his convocation day...
i told him..that there are 3 days that the man would be very happy...
his convocation...his wedding..and the day he become a father...

while was waiting for soh..all of us sitting at the stairs..
then i notice this family..then i saw a man...happily with her granddaughter..celebrating the wonderful day...taking pictures..the man wearing the graduation hat...smiling..

the first thing came into my mind was my dad..
i miss him..
i envy those people..with their family by their side...
there's only one thing i regret in my life..
which is my dad unable to see me graduating..i'm the first to be enroll to uni..and the first to be a degree holder...and i wanted my dad to be by my side...smiling..with his golden jade teeth..
the thought of not having a pic of him with me on my graduation is sad..
the thought of him not by side is unbearable..
the thought of him is not coming back...

i thought that he would be able to see me graduating..and also getting my first real job..treating him with my first salary..all just vanished...

never thought that he would leave me...


i dunno why i still look happy here when she wants to cut a piece of me..!!

Movie Review: Marley & Me; a good deed

did i tell you how much i love dogs?
did i tell you how much i like true stories?

i am a person who is very expressive..and yes..i did cry for this movie..
i love dogs..they are the most precious creature ever created for human beings..

this movie is just not about the dog..basically...it's about a process of starting a family...what you need to sacrifice sometimes for the sake of your family...and it's about the family member always be there for you when you're down..example..the dog..

i love the dog..it is darn adorable..

finally..you have enter the real world...!!

after the convocation, we (soh, yap, chang, ang, hk, wk, wenyan & me) went to pavilion since our movie was there..and we're having dinner there as well...

we were eating at pizza hut...and the table next to use were these two foreigner (a black & white, let's called them Table A)...and beside their table were two chinese guys (Table B)...
so when Table A finished their meal and paid the bill..they left..and somehow, i saw one of the Table B guy acting weirdly pushing his chair backward and his hand was reaching for something on Table A...then i thought i saw a handphone..then i tell chang and then rest of them (but you guys beria-ia and so noisy)..chang saw that guy was turning off the handphone and dissembled the phone...since we're so loud and bloody obvious we're talking about them...the two guys didn't finished their meal and went off..and one of the guy said "i think they saw us"...
they went up to the cashier paid and somehow the process of paying was very long..and we were still talking and looking at them...when that two guys finished paying and ready to went off..the black guy came and majority of us pointing and say "them them them!!"..
the two guys hesistate to run..but the black man stop them and grab them and ask them blah blah blah...
then they dunno go where...5 mins later (i think)..the two guys from Table A came to our table and thank us...

i'm happy that we did something good...
yea!!

Genting trip...what an impromtu..!!

well..i gotta say...

12pm++
the moment i got into the car...
chang: want to go genting? ang's relative can't make it..so got empty room there..
me: if got people go..go la..
4-5pm++
meet along the MRR2 to genting with soh, ang, wenyan, cc..

therefore, 6 fellas go up the hill and reached there around 6++

got into the apartment..loiter for a while...then head to highland hotel...to eat and sing for rm20...since eating at genting is bloooody expensive...
well...while we were eating...and singing...this person was dancing like no one's business...i mean..this person is performing like a stripper..well..maybe this person is a stripper...but then..all of us starting to laugh especially soh (laughing like nobody business) because there was a CCTV in the room..
well, we are not sure whether the people can see that particular dance or not...


then...go into the casino!!
all of us played...me and wenyan were playing the slot machines though we knew we would lost..
then me&chang&soh&cc played the casino wars....it was awesome...!!!
the feeling of getting a "tie" was crazy...soh won alot from the tie bust lose back to the dealer through the normal game...
imagine rm 5 become rm50..and the chance of getting the same card with the dealer is nearly zero....
oh yea...there's a point where me&chang&soh lost and wenyan won..so i borrow her 50 chips and lend some to chang&soh...and won our modals and profits too... =)
me won: rm50 (casino wars) - 20 (mahcine slot) - 10 (roulette) = 20
wenyan: rm100 (machine slot) - 20 (machine slot) - 10 (roulette) = 70
ang: no idea...
chang: rm100
soh: rm50
we went to casino bout 9++ and leave at 1 or 2..then head to mamak...then back to apartment for mahjong session (a short one) then to zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

sunday: 8/03/09
the next morning..well..we planned to ciao since wenyan got dinner and cc too...
due to some circumstances and blah blah blah...we put another night there..this is the timeline...
3 - 4pm: preparing to go back...
4 - 5pm: send wenyan&cc&his gf to gohtong jaya...(sorrrriiiee!!! guys) while soh trying to get me&chang saying that he needs to go back to kl...
5.30pm: me&chang back at genting with soh&ang...ang called wk come up to genting...and AGREE!!!...and ask hk to come over too...but no reply yet
6.20pm: soh heading back to kl...and wk on the way up...
6 - 7pm: me&chang&ang playing mahjong and an idea came up...if hk coming over...ask him to fetch soh along too...and yes!!! they AGREE!!!
7 - 8pm: wk arrived....
7 - 9pm: playing mahjong, raping ang (with 3 of us: me&chang&wk)...and talking about how impromtu and spontaneous this trip is...and called soh to bring some clothes along because it's blooooooody cold up there....
*p.s: soh was at genting...went back down for 20 mins then come back up....salute salute..

9 - 10pm: they arrived and we eat our dinner..
10 - 2am: casino again...
the bets were higher because it was weekend...
soh..placed his bet on tie (rm10) and won rm100....
there's a few times i might won..if i placed..but didn't place...sigh...
wk lose 150 at first..but then..win win win...and it supposed to be a postive margin...well...he only lost rm15 for soooo many hours...ok la...
soh..won about .......rm100++...
dear also the same as soh..
me...aha...rm25..still ok la...
hk break even..
BIGGSET WINNER..
ang..he won rm300++
so you guys can leuk him..
hehe...

Movie Review: Slumdog Millionaire

awesome..is enough..
i think latika (the grown up) is very beautiful...
i think the jamal (the grown up) is a very eloquent speaker since i listen to him speaks in english before during the oscar award...btw..he's from UK...according to miss leong...

i know it's been ages i wrote..
no one see and read here edi..what for i write here..

and let's hope that Loreal has a cosmeseuticals lab here...so i can involve myself in it...
